Prof. Eli Avraham

Prof. Avraham is a senior lecturer in the Department of Communications at University of Haifa

and the head of the Comper Interdisciplinary Center for the Study of Anti-Semitism and Racism.

Prof. Avraham is the author of several award winning books, including “Media Strategies for

Marketing Places in Crisis” (2008).

Prof. Avraham serves as academic supervisor of Ambassadors Online.

Col. (Ret.) Miri Eisin

Col. Eisin served in the Israeli intelligence community for over 20 years. During the second

Lebanon war she was appointed as the Israeli government spokesperson, and then became

the Israeli Prime Ministers international media advisor. She served in that position until

December 2007, including the Annapolis conference.

Ambassador Dr. Reda Mansour

At the age of 35, Dr. Mansour has been appointed to be the Israeli ambassador to Ecuador,

thus becoming the youngest ambassador in Israel’s history. Dr. Mansour also served as

consul general to the US South East, and initiated the “Rabin-King Initiative” for which he

received the President of Israel prize. He is also an award- winning poet.

Mr. Neil Lazarus

Mr. Lazarus is an internationally acclaimed expert in the field of Middle East, Israeladvocacy

and effective communication training. He is emerging as one of Israel’s leading key note

speakers. Mr. Lazarus has helped train a new generation of Israeli diplomats and spokespeople.

He acted as the Israel advocacy policy advisor for Israel’s leading reality television program,

“The Ambassador”’

Mr. Stuart Palmer

Mr. Palmer is the chairman of CoHaV (Coalition of Hasbara Volunteers), and a senior fellow at

Bar-Ilan University in the faculty of International Communications. In addition, Mr. Palmer is

the director of the ICAN (International Citizens Actions Network) organization, and a member

of the BIG (British Israel Group) organization
